The job placement platform matched.io has investigated the question of what skills, wishes and interests developers bring to the job, and whether companies and developers agree on the requirements for a new job.
According to the portal, more than 2000 German-speaking developers and 160 companies from Germany are registered. When registering, developers indicate which languages, frameworks, methods, databases or infrastructure they are currently working with and thus create their current or desired tech stack.
